Top Roof & Exteriors operates in accordance with Alberta Building Code requirements and maintains comprehensive coverage to support both residential and commercial projects. We carry $5 million in Commercial General Liability insurance, including coverage for hot tar and hot work applications, and are bonded with . Our team is qualified to install and service a wide range of roofing systems including SBS torch-on, EPDM, TPO, spray-applied coatings, shingles, cedar, rubber, and metal roofing, along with vinyl siding, Hardie board, soffit, fascia, eavestroughs, and downspouts. We maintain COR certification and active WCB coverage, ensuring strong safety standards and proper compliance across all job sites.
